If their sales rise by only £50 on average each month, while this indicates steady progress, it means reaching the target will take significantly longer than 6 months – almost 20 months in fact!

At this juncture, it's beneficial to consider other factors: How can we elevate the average spend per client? What's the average number of services they avail per appointment, and how can we enhance that? How frequently do clients come in, and how many schedule their next appointment before leaving?

If we can encourage the same clientele to spend more, visit more frequently, and remain loyal for a more extended period, the journey towards our goal becomes considerably smoother.
