how to keep your clients when a team member leaves

Team members leave; the key is, when they do to act quickly, ideally making contact with your clients before your ex-team member. Ensure that your clients understand that you value their custom and are very keen to continue looking after them at your salon. 

 

Below we show you how to use Salon App  salon software  to create a group of clients who have visited your ex-team member.

 

There are two examples, the first shows client who have visited with the ex-team member and the second clients who visited the ex-team member and have not visited or rebooked since they left. This adds value when creating follow up campaigns to clients who have not yet responded giving you the best chance to succeed using salon software

Notify

Select the clients who have visited your ex-team member in the six months prior to them leaving. In the first campaign We recommend that this includes clients with a future booking. Ensuring that no clients are overlooked.

Incentivise

Select clients who last visited the ex-team member in the six months prior to their leaving date but have yet too re-visit your salon.

Follow Up

Send a thank you message to any clients responding to your campaign on the day they complete their first bill with a replacement team member.
