Do you remember coming out of lockdown last summer and having to contact all of those clients needing appointments made and rearranged. Calling client after client, leaving voicemails and making notes of the ones spoken to and the ones you were waiting responses from?

So we built Wait List. And now you can quickly and efficiently fill your diary to capacity in just a few minutes.

While you are waiting to open

It’s quick and simple.

When you deactivate Online Booking your Wait List automatically displays or you can add the Wait List link to your site. Clients can then add their details, specifying which Team Member and Service they require and it is also an option to leave a note.

You can post your wait List on Social and your Website and you can Text and or Email your clients a link using either the Pre Made Template added to Salon App or you can create your own.

Ready to re-open

When you have an opening date text your clients an online booking link for them to make their booking.

The whole process takes a few minutes leaving you time to enjoy your last few days of freedom before the madness of reopening starts!
